Today, we started the day by participating in a chat with members of Team Canada with Classroom Champions. It was so inspiring to hear the athletes talk about goal setting, perseverance and gratitude.
This afternoon, we learned about the jobs available in the trades from Skills Canada BC and we learned how to do a little pipe fitting.

Phew! I feel like we need to catch our breath. We have been going ahead at full speed learning about forces and motion, coding using Ozobots, knitting and writing proper paragraphs.
Learning Intentions for math 6:
- I can describe a picture as an improper fraction and as a mixed number.
- I can convert between a mixed number and an improper fraction.
- I can compare fractions with like and unlike denominators.

- bring back any borrowed knitting needles

- Math 6 ordering fractions worksheet
