Friday, November 17

We have been learning about how to be entrepreneurs.  Students have created their business goal and are are learning about how to do market research and how to price their product.  This weekend, they are creating 4 questions to ask potential customers.  There are examples of questions in their booklets.  Also, they are trying to settle on a price for their product.

The following is how to find out the cost of the product to you:

Total cost of your materials, including tax  divided by the number of products you can make.

Example:

My materials cost $25 in total.  I am able to make 15 of my items.
25 ÷ 15 = 1.66666 which is $1.67
