Today, we were fortunate enough to have Chad Lehman come to visit the MakerClub and our class to talk about 3D printing technology being used as assistive technology and other applications of 3D printing in the real world.  Thank you, Chad for opening up our imagination to the many different possibilities using a 3D printer.

Tuesday, April 24

Our class has been learning about healthy eating and the amount of sugar contained in common drinks.  They made menus that highlighted the Canada Food Guide's daily recommended servings in each food group.  Now, they are working on creating original smoothies according to the set criteria.  We will be needing some blenders to be brought to school.  If you are able to send one to school please write me a note in the planner.  Also, if your child has a food allergy, please write that in a note as well.
